Project Description
The X-LAM buillding system consists of panels made of layers of spruce boards woven and glued together. The panel structure varies in size and thickness according to each construction project and the stability of the build. The customised panels are assembled and placed on a perimetral foundation which is 20-25cm high. After, the exposed beams or X-LAM roof is placed on them.
The walls, with windows already built in, together with the wooden roof form the frame if the house, to which insulation is added and rendering applied on the outside, meanwhie on the inside an infrastructural interspace is created, insulated and sealed with a sheet of plasterboard.
